Udeh Oscar Tochukwu graduated in 2007 with a B. Sc degree in accountancy and MBA degree in management in 2012 from the university of Nigeria Nsukka. He is the member of the sports writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN)Enugu State chapter and Nigeria union of journalists (NUJ) Enugu State Council. In 2017,He got his researcher certificate from the west African Bioethics Training program, citi program with distinction. Also in 2017,He qualified as a social and behavioral investigator from the center for Bioethics and research Nigeria and the university of Miami, Florida USA.
